Following the memorable Tuthill Porsche win on last year’s Mini Britannia event and successful participation in Tour Britannia, we have a number of classic Porsche 911 rally cars available to hire for the 2015 Britannia Cup on Saturday, October 3rd.
Organised by the team behind Tour Britannia, the Britannia Cup is a single-day multi-venue Tarmac special stage and regularity rally forming the centrepiece of this year’s Royal Automobile Club Motoring Day.
Entrants in both the competition and regularity classes will start at Woodcote Park in Surrey from 9am, following scrutineering and documentation. They will follow the road book to Dunsfold Park, home of BBC’s Top Gear programme, where there will be two full loops of the Top Gear test track.
After a quick break for refreshments, the day moves on to a third venue, with more exciting Tarmac stages, before heading back to Dunsfold for a set of reversed stages. From there, the cars return to Woodcote for the RAC day finale.
The competitors finish the day in one of Woodcote’s lounge bars for an informal dinner, drinks and prize presentation. Those wishing to stay at the venue may book Friday and/or Saturday night at Woodcote Park.
