We’re on the 2013 Monte Carlo Historic Rally this week with our great friend and Porsche fan, Paolo Faldini.
Paolo and Italian co-driver Aurelio Corbellini will compete in a Porsche 911, under the esteemed Barbajuans Racing Team banner. Also in the team is a gaggle of Alpine Renaults, a R5 Turbo 2 and another 911 Carrera 3.0, so we predict a warm welcome from spectators all around this hugely popular event.
Immense is the only way to describe Monte Carlo. Over 300 cars are entered for the 2013 Historic, with drivers like Ake Andersson and Jean Ragnotti likely to set a few fast times. Amongst the co-drivers is renowned Toivonen partner and friend of Tuthill Porsche, Fred Gallagher. Good luck Fred!< Paolo and Aurelio will be supported by two Team Tuthill technicians in one of our Landcruisers, specially liveried for the event. Say hello if you see them!
