Tuthill Porsche on Midnight Sun Rally 2009

Tuthill Porsche friend, Peter Andersson, has debuted his newly-built Tuthill Porsche 911 3-litre rally car on the Swedish Midnight Sun Rally.

Peter, with brother Stefan co-driving, is competing in his first ever rally. “This is one of the greatest rallies on the European calendar,” says Peter. Running for three days, the rally finishes in Karlskoga on Sunday afternoon.

Peter visited to test during the Tuthill Porsche ice driving school for two days. Built to our Safari specification, his Tuthill Porsche car is running very well and Peter is picking up speed as he gains confidence in the car and conditions.

Bjorn Waldegård, also in a Tuthill Porsche, Bjorn Waldegard is currently lying fifth overall.
