We also have a few people we’d like to introduce you to, and they are our world-class instructors. They will be on hand across the season to give as much or as little advice and guidance as our clients need.
So whether you’ve never tried ice driving before, or are a seasoned rally driver just looking for practice, we have you covered.

What can people expect if they are coached by David?
“Having owned and run a family Rally School for over 25 years, I can pass on that experience to make you drive and feel like a superstar. If for some reason we fail to make you the next Pro driver we will make sure we have the most fun possible on 4 wheels in some amazing cars and perfect rally conditions!”
Seb Perez
Seb’s career highlights:
“I had some great moments in Ginetta Juniors, with race wins and pole positions. My true highlight was winning Porsche Carrera Cup Pro-am in 2018 with 6 wins, 12 podiums and 5 fastest laps.
I have also competed in the British Rally Championship and various European Rally events with great success, coming back to my roots of rallying.”
What can people expect if they are coached by Seb?
“I am generally a very calm person and this tends to come across when I am in the passenger seat. Generally we’ll take one step back to take two forward. When you focus on getting the fundamentals right, the speed just comes naturally.

Chris Ingram
Chris’s career highlights:
“Becoming the first British winner of the FIA European Rally Championship in 52 years. I was able to reach the final thanks to my rally team Toksport and a crowdfunding campaign, where many of the guys from Below Zero and Tuthill Porsche kindly contributed and were a part of the title win.
I am now competing in the FIA World Rally Championship.
My all-time ambition is to become Britain’s next World Champion.”
What can people expect if they are coached by Chris?
“If I happen to be your coach at Below Zero, you can expect me to share my skills, knowledge, and expertise with you to help you improve your ability behind the wheel. Marc Duez

Horatio Fitz-Simon
Horatio’s career highlights:
“My interest in motor racing comes from long before I can remember. My earliest memory is in the garage in Towcester with dad working on his 911 cup car and always being in the racing paddock as a kid. I can Having moved to California as a young boy, I started racing karts at twelve and soon after became a factory PSL driver alongside Max Verstappen, winning several 125cc Rotax National championships and driving for Team USA before eventually returning to my native country to pursue a career as a racing driver. Competing all over the world over the last few years, I’ve driven anything from 60s Grand Prix cars to modern GTs and have won in almost every single machine I have raced.”
What can people expect if they’re coached by Horatio?
“Whether you are completely new to driving or have just returned from the Safari, a second set of trained eyes can spot minor details that add up in the long run. I have immense understanding of the process it takes to become fast – especially in an air cooled 911. Both practice and precision are imperative when it comes to driving on the limit of physics. I will help guide each and every one of my clients to get the most satisfaction possible out of their experience here at Below Zero!”

“My primary focus is building a good rapport with my clients, it’s about understanding what you want to achieve that day, helping you to reach that goal, and most importantly to have fun! In the car, I spend time focusing on technique as this will get you up to speed as quickly as possible so you can really get the most out of the experience.”
